Disk Quota Problems

I made a 500mb quota on my hard drive for one of the users on my PC and almost every time my computer starts, I get this warning in the System Log:

The system has encounted an error rebuilding the user disk quota information on device with label "".

Does anyone know whats wrong here?

I think it has something to do with the threshold limit
