Disabled pop-up windows

When everytime connect the USB harddisk, the system open a new windows and scanning the content inside the HD. how can I disable it to pop-up next time?

You need to disable AutoPlay for the USB HDD's drive letter.

Download and install TweakUI, open it and you'll find a list of drive letters with checkboxes under My Computer>AutoPlay>Drives. Just uncheck the box next to the drive letter of your USB drive.

I can disabled the pop-up,but if I connect with other brand of USB harddisk case it popup again.how can I disabled all?

There's an option for that in TweakUI as well.

My Computer>AutoPlay>Types
- Uncheck "Enable AutoPlay for Removable drives"
