Disable Internet error reporting tool?

Is there any way to disable this program from running everytime my PC boots?

Im running winxp pro, and as far as i remember, i have never installed this program from the windows xp update site. I also cant seem to find it on the installed programs.

Every time my pc boots, it tells me something is wrong and if i would like to report it, however my pc is working fine (Event viewer is not reporting any errors), and dont seem to have any obious problems, however this program is anoying the hell out of me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

try going to "System Properties" (press the windows key + Pause)
and go to advanced, then "error reporting" at the bottom, and click on 'disable error reporting'
