DirectX Download

I'm after the complete download to install DirectX at a later time. Although the MS site said I could the download did not want to work that way. It wanted to do the update over the net.

I got onto this file: dx90update_redist.exe.

35mb.

Is this the complete DirectX for v9.0b?

As I said I want it so I can install it later without needing the update from MS.
