ok i just tryed to install direct x 9 of the microsoft site,this happened to me one other time ,i think i had to enable/disable one of my services. i can't remember which one.
any help please

yea, I was on Black Vipers site yesterday and did gaming config for "services" yesterday and had the same problem.

all i had to was set driver signing to ignore
