A few have mentioned this so I thought I would wait, now as it is first of a new month I would post it.

DirectX 9.0c 4.09.0000.0904 (as part of Windows XP SP2 Build 2126) has been ripped and repackaged to work on Windows XPSP1. This comes with absolutely no warranty and any loss of data or otherwise will be completely your fault. It is believed that it is neccessary to install whilst in Safe Mode. If you don't know how to access Safe Mode, you probably shouldn't be downloading this.

Just to let you guy's know that ChaoticBeauty over at FutureMarks Forum has ripped DirectX 9.0c 4.09.0000.0904 from Windows XP SP2 build 2126! If you want to give it a go! Try at your Risk. Thanks to "The Stilt" from MuroBBS!!

Waiting for SP2 final release (and in my XP Pro language also), safer this way ;)

have still yet to understand why anybody would install anything in beta from microsoft. I have enough problems with thier stuff anyway.

So that people have a reason to come to this board. When a Beta install ****s up, we cab solve it

Is it true that SP2 can't be installed on a copy of XP that the bluelist has generated?

That's what I hear. Make your own key if the list applies to you ;)

Beware !

You're in the wrong place/forum to ask this, unless you have indeed a legitimate XP key and not a "bluelist" one...

This is a legimate question, and should not be scrutinized. He did not ask for a way to circumvent it, or even get a new key.

Sorry then, thought he was clearly admitting the use of a generated key for himself. Some here will think I'm paranoid, but I'm not. I bought my own copy of XP Pro and, at the time, it cost me a lot of money.

A well known tool to get a key, it has been available in these forums (posted by a user no longer wandering here, when this site was www.XP-erience.org ) but quickly removed at the time for obvious reasons.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
