digi camera

i have a digi camera theat me and my friend used to shoot some skating stuff. I was wondering if i could puth the movie onto my laptop using an s-video cable. There is an s-vid port on my laptop and one on the camera. If it would work what software could we use to download the movies and how would we upload it back to the camera?

what brand and model camera is it?

its a sony dcp-05E or something similar to that, i don't have the cam with me at the moment so i cant be sure.

well, i can't look it up cuz i don't know the model number, but i'm 99% sure that if it's a digital camera, it will have a usb or firewire port on it... which his made to connect to a computer to download your pictures or movies. look in the manual that came with it.
