can somebody tell me if i can do anything about dl different programs from one account user and not having it installed on another user on the same comp. ex: i dl kazzaa on my own account and not having it started up in another account on the same computer.

Its usually up to the actual program

On some of the latest programs when you install , it will ask if it is to be available to everyone or just you....

You can do something though , go into group policys and have a dig around

Open windows explorer> documents and setting> *user name* and 'all users'> start menu. Go in and put the program links in the start menu for your account only and delete it from 'all users' and any other user accounts. This won't prevent a program from being run if someone knows how to find it... but it won't have a visible link in all the other accounts.
