i think you can, but i haven't run dual display in so long that i can't remember how to do it. It might also depend on if you use special software that came with the video card (i.e. hydravision for ati).
You can either use windows native dual display support, or nview's. I rather use windows because the taskbar is not streched across both monitors, and feels a bit better.
With nview its just one really wide monitor, and i combind two backgrounds to make it look like different backgrounds on each monitor. This is what i have in 2000, as it doesn't have native support. In xp its better using native.
is it possible to have 1 wallpaper that is the right resolution for 2 monitors? that'll looks pretty cool if we start a new forum topic called 'June Desktops, dual monitors'
btw.. does anyone know any sites that have dual monitor wallpapers?
Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
