Details View in explorer

I was wondering if anyone knew how to stop explorer displaying extra tab descriptions for media files when you use the details view setting. I want to turn off permanently ones like Duration and Dimension.

there should be a button under view labeled choose details, from there you can check and uncheck the items you want to see
