Desktop Colour Quality!?!?!?

Hey all,

In me desktop properties i got Medium 16 bit, and Highest 32...

I was just wonderin if i could get 64, 128 etc???


i got Celeron 733, XP Pro, nVidia Geforce MX 200/400...

nope, highest color depth windows xp will allow is 32 bit, sorry man.

the human eye can only see up to 24 bit, so anything higher is a waste.

The other 8 bit is transparency and alpha belding though, which the human eye can definitely see 🙂
