Dent icons not transparent?

I've got my desktop filled with dent icons which are supposed to be transparent around the dent part. And they are transparent to whatever the desktop color is set to. But when I put a background on, the icons still have the desktop color in the part that they're supposed to be transparent on.

Anyone know how to fix this? I think that I had it so the icons were transparent on backgrounds at one point, but I'm not sure what happened.

I think there is a problem with your graphics card or monitor..

Like a software/driver type problem that can be fixed; Or a hardware problem that I just have to live with?

Thanks, but it's working now. After a couple of reboots it ended up fixing itself.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
