would be even sweeter with a 7200rpm hd and gigabit, but not too shabby

im surprised its missing a gigabit card, not too shabby as a machine tho.

Remove the HDD and upgrade it after market.

I like the idea of this, ive always like the Mac Mini but the specs here are slightly better even if it isnt as small.

I am not sure of the video card.

Doesn't seem like it has the hard-ware decoder juice to handle 1080p streams/output.

Would make a great little system for my entertainment system :D

It has a gigabit network card and hdmi output...

Lovely, that doesn't do jack squat for a person with a full-fledged HTPC outputting to 1080p :)

Try it with an under-powered graphics card and you'll be lucky to get 10fps with the occasional dropped frame.

It's pretty bad.

I've read some people on some sites who have purchased this and are able to output at full resolution and don't experience slow-downs so I suppose it IS being decoded in hardware. I'll keep my fingers crossed because I was thinking of doing this using a higher end processor like the duo-9300.

It would make a great Media Center. Too bad about the video card.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
