I too am having an issue with an rt7040 that was given me. The fast access keys are working but none of the alpha and numeric pads. I have a dell though. The mouse that came with it works fine. Do you think it's just a driver issue? Does anyone know?

See if you can find the drivers there.

It should work fine with appropriate software. I've only ever used it with a dell system so I dunno what it could be.

If the keyboard came originally with a system, get the model number of the system and you should be able to find the drivers listed under that model system.
