delete runservices key?

can i delete one of the runservices key (services) when shutdown or bootup win98? any program that can auto delete??

this program keeps appear in the runservices even tho i had disable or delete it.... very annoying...

i know the solution already... i insert "regedit *.reg" to my autoexec.bat (* is my path) and everytime when windows bootup, it will first delete the specific keys ! yeah yeah!!!!

btw anyway to prevent user from end task the explorer.exe b4 the startup??
