Defrag problem

I posted a question a while ago and now I have more info....

I cant scandisk/defrag ....this is wat it says......

Why don't you download Diskeeper trial and give that a shot.

You may not have enough free disk space to do a defrag. I think that defrag needs you to have 10% of your disk space unused in order to work.

Not my comp but i think they have 85% free space.??????

Well then you should try a thrid party defrag program, try Disk keeper lite its free.

Have you tried defraging in safe mode?
