Found some nifty freeware. SCWebCam Does the usual webcam thing, only rather than being a picture of you with your computer screen reflecting off your face, it takes screenshots and will ftp them on up.

here's mine. although I'm going to read the paper and whatnot, so you won't seem much. I've got it updating every 15 seconds
