DDR2 512MB PC2-4200 Fits?

Hi, I had a new Dell Latitude D510 and I took out one of its memory, 512Mb, and I am planning to put it in my Acer notebook that has a DDR PC2700. Will it fit? Thanks.

I don't think it will fit as the PC2-4200 is a 200-pin SODIMM and the PC2700 will be 184-pin DDR.
