Database/Excel/VB script question...

Is there a way I can sort this data? I want to put it into a database for inventory. It came off a text file and I got this far. Now I am at a lost how to sort it. Is there a script I can use? As you can see in the first colum it repeats and the second is the information. Just wondering if there is a way to sort it out.

Example

Computer name Ram OS

computer 1 256 2000
puter 2 512 xp

any help would be appericated!
