Damn its happened again

I clean installed Windows XP a week ago and on the old install I had a problem whereby if I clicked on a zip file the:

Open | Save | Cancel | More info

Did not appear, instead automatically starting the download.

How do I fix this problem?

Sure Jewelzz

Click on My Computer,
Tools | Folder Options | File Types,
Under extenstions, find the .ZIP extension,
Click Advanced,
Tick the box which says "Confirm open after download",
Click ok and

BOOM!
