Customising Outlook XP

A few weeks ago I saw a tutorial on how to customise Outlook XP Outlook Today by inserting a background picture. I don't know where i saw the article, but now I have upgraded to Office XP I would like to give it a try. I think it was done with ResHacker, anybody know how it is done? Many thanks in advance

Open outlook
tools
options
Mail format
Change mail format to HTML
Then select STATIONARY PICKER
Click new
Then browse for your picture
This should now get your picture on your mail.
