Customise eBay shop design?

Hi guys,

How is this possible?

I want to design a shop similar to that but I can't work out how. I'm fine with the HTML etc but I don't know how to get eBay to let me do it. Will a basic shop give me this option or do I need to pay for a better shop?

How can I do this myself? I can do the html/image design, I just don't understand how the implement it into eBay. Is it just like a huge custom banner?

I was about to reply about how to do it, but noticed it was for the shop, not the auction page. Yea this looks nice, probably quite a bit of porting to do in the html to make it work.

Never done it tbh, if you are serious about opening a shop maybe contact eBay via phone and ask them the question.
