ok, i don't know why its doing this, but i've restarted many times, and still the same thing... if you have any suggestions let me know please!!

When you press Alt-Control-Delete, windows will open up the task manager. From there you can end programs and view many other things that are running.

i know that, but its not showing me the top where i should have some tabs.

I think a part of the shell of your XP has corrupted. Do you have any crashes or other problems running windows?
