Ctrl+Alt+Del in XP???

Whenever I press the combo of Ctrl+Alt+Del it never brings up the Task Manager or allow me to reboot my pc.

Is there a way to fix this and if so how?

If you didn't set a group policy to disable CTRL-ALT-DEL, not being able to use it can be a sign of a virus.

How do I set a group policy? Can it be disabled through programs which tweaks windows and maybe I have done this and not realized it?
