CTFMON.EXE in startup????

In my startup there is a little app called ctfmon.exe. Its located in my system32 dir.

I have unchecked it using startupCPL and tried the msconfig way - but every time XP renews it and replaces it there

Has anybody any idea firstly what it is and secondly how do I stop it reappearing if not needed?

Under its properties its description is: CTF Loader

I think when I removed it, connection sharing from that computer went down. Took me 5 hours to fix!

Unisol- I dont share so how did you stop it from keep reregistering itself?

Lonman - go figure I searched M$ for anything about it and got no hits!!! aaagghhh
