CPU Useage after converting

yeah, I just relize the amount of CPU Useage it takes up after I converted my computer from a FAT32 system to a NTFS system....I mean it's taking up 100% of my CPU...any tips/tweaks to use to lower it??

whats taking up the load, look in task manager (cntrl-alt-del) and see whats using up the load then post it here.

woohoo!!! I was able to get it down just by ending cleanmgn.exe (or something like that (the thing that let's you free up space))....no, I haven't defraged the partition, it said it didn't needed any, but that was along time ago, I guess it's time to defrag now
