I have a question that I've been wanting to ask for a long time now.
There are some many difference processors available now ranging from Bugdet to top-range, mobile to server processors.
What I'm a bit confused about are the Mobile processors that I've heard some people use on Desktop computers. How is this possible? Are these actually the same processors used in laptops?
The other would be the DTR, (Desktop Replacement Processors).
Can these two types of processors be used in desktop computers? And if so, what would be the benefits for someone (like a home user) to have such a cpu in their machine over the normal ones - Athlon64/Pentium4?
