counter strike game help please

hey man here my problem i use to have windows 98 right so i use to play cs alot and my counter striek game use to run sweett and tight now i have 700 mhz with 200 mb of ram and a 20 gb hard drive now i got xp profecional and now when i try to play cs it runs slow when im in a game do u guys now why ? cs rusn slow on xp ?

Tho this issue can be resolved by uninstalling the XP Powertoys in most cases.
