This is a bit old since it came out Jan 13th, but has anyone seen that Corsair now has matched XMS low-latency DDR especially for dual-channel boards?

This might even help those with KT400 chipsets achieve agressive timings and overclocking with two modules. I had read some boards have trouble with some of the agressive timings when multiple sticks of DDR are used. So, if you have a Via based system now, but plan to upgrade later, this might help to curb the memory's obsolescence.

cool.

i originally had a single 256mb stick and was able to set the fastest possible timings on my memory... but as soon as i added 512mb, i had to turn the read latch on and some other stuff. so, actually got a drop in performance, albiet unnoticeable. this is good for people with via chipsets who want to avoid this kind of problem.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
