Converting files from Mac to PC

Can anyone help me i have received two disc's of pictures that were copied on a mac PC but i am unable to view them as i use a PC and don't know anyone with a MAC, how do i convert them so i can view the pictures

http://www.isobuster.com/ - should be able to extract the file from the disc for you, 21 day trial so should be ok

Would just like to mention this would be a case of someone not burning the CD to standards, a CD of pictures burned right on a Mac should work without any issues on a Windows machine.

what file type is the pictures in? What program was used to make or edit them them? Maby they are photoshop files and you do not have photoshop installed on your pc.
