connecting to internet on windows load

Have you tried putting a link to your ADSL connection in your startup folder?

Sorry as I have never had/used/or known anyone personally that does use ADSL I'm of no real help I don't think 😛

What did you put in there, you need a shortcut to your PPPoE connection.

Here is your solution attached, this nice little software is able to launch your adsl connection on windows load as you put it, it tests your connection every given time you chose and is also able in very few seconds to launch your connection again if it drops, I know it is in French, but you shouldn't have any problem to set it up correctly 😉
