I have purchased Dazzle DV Editor SE, after installing the card I receive the yellow exclamation mark, I can not solve this and Dazzle say their product is XP ready and requires no extra drivers, this is driving me nuts.

TR completely uninstalling the drifers for the card, make sure you got the xp drivers from the web and re-install..maybe in a different slot see if that helps.
