Now my computer won't work when put together and new vid card is in.
I got the new video card plugged it in, and then tried to turn my computer on, it turns on then reads: DISK BOOT Failure; Insert System Disk And Press Enter.

My computer has been unplugged for about 3 days and the components has been out of it until yesterday.

Is there possibly a problem with my Hdds arrangment possibly?
Does it make a difference to which sata connectors on the mother board my hdds are plugged into?

Would a different video card or new memory have something to do with this?

Is the only thing i can do reformat?

Thanks, Jack

Did you connect your IDE cable properly... i put mine in the wrong way round when i was insatlling my mobo recently.

Blue end goes in the motherboard i think.

I was going to suggest checking cables ar ein correctly.

Check all devices are connected and are in the right plugs.

Check that the floppy cables are in firmly also.

Make sure you don't have any bent pins either on your connectors.

It can happen and cause errors.

When ya booted did ya go directly to BIOS and enable the SATA? I think you had posted that it use to be IDE and that you were switching to SATA.

Nope,
I was never IDE, always SATA.
The bent pin seems pretty unlikely, i just put everything in yesterday again and everything went in un-prevented...
Hmm...
All the cables seem to be in the right places...
Could a new video card effect it?

Thanks for all your help guys, i decided to bite the bullet and reinstall windows and reformat my drives.
My computer is fast as ever, boots in like 5-7 seconds. That'll change as soon as i bog it down but right now its good.
Im downloading lost coast to test my video card, ill tell you all how it is when i try it.
Thanks again,
Jack
