i read that article on cnn the other day and almost fell out of my chair because i was laughing so hard.

the computer terminology "master" and "slave" have absolutely nothing to do with people.

imho, the world is becoming WAY too politically correct. i will use those terms when referring to hardware for the rest of my life...period!

err - what did that particular manufacturer in that article change the labels too? Isn't that a but important to prevent confusion when people start getting machines labelled "Primary Manufacturer" and "Secondary Consumer"?

For the usage of the city's and towns named Lynchburg as there are African Americans living in theses cities and I feel that the city names are profoundly inappropriate in today’s culturally diverse geo-political dynamic.
