From a corporate stand point, eTrust Antivirus is a great product. I have been running EAV for a few years now and I have never experienced any issues with it (about 60 clients). CA updates virus definitions as often as they need to be (some times more than once a day). CA Support and eSupport are also very good (the downloads section could use a little work).
