Compatibility Mode Command Line?

Does anyone know the command prompt utility to run exe applications in Windows XP sp2?
 
yeah its command prompt :) Just change to the folder with the exe and type the exe name :)
 
I'm trying to get my WinPE disk to run an exe in compmode...... I think I have to intergrate the Comp Mode package.
 
WinPE is based on windows embeded. Its bare minimum it can't do a lot. Its designed to prepare a machine for windows installation.
