Hello!
Does anyone knw where WindowsXP save the default settings (fonts lines size etc..) for the Command Prompt ?
I have been searched in to the registry, but... witch key can be?
I want to fork a command prompt from a program (written in C) and I want to to control from the program where and how to show the command prompt window.
Thanks in advance for any ideas!
Bye Raf

in windows 2000 its in (I think its the same for XP, but my XP machine is at home)
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-2010003870-714500197-315576832-1218\Console

the long s number is just a user name so you may have more than one

Thanks!!!

Yessss!!!!!!
The registry key is: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Console
There are ALL of the DEFAULT settings to start the CommandPrompt (very funny to play with...)
Many Thanks for your help, Khayman!!
Bye
