closing outlook express

when i close outlook express i get an error message

the instruction at "0x77f536f9" referenced memory at 0x007f4e9c". The memory could not be written

Could someone please give some advise cos when i discconect from the net and logon again i can't recieve any data at all.

it just really annoying

Try booting into safe mode and see if it closes clean... it looks like a memory conflict... which usually means a dirty device driver. Booting into safe mode loads only the bare essentials... once you know for sure it's a driver issue, then you can go from there.
