Cleaning Motherboard.

I have an xbox i got from someone yesterday and its filthy. I was wondering if i could wipe it off with a wet rag and let it dry for 2-3days and then use it. I don't even think compressed air would clean this. I already took the case apart and wow, it left a ring around the sink that a bum wouldn't even leave.

Use ethanol or something similar (isopropyl or whatever else), not water if you MUST use some form of fluid.

I would use something that would clean/evaporate rather than water which might cause problems.

cool found some rubbing alcohol
