Just make sure they allow "hotlinking" if you plan to use the images elsewhere.

I use Homestead.com and 50megs.com I think Homstead now charges for new members but 50megs.com is still free.

I signed up for 1and1.com, they were offering 3 years free with 500 megs and 5gigs/month, but that promo is over. It included 1 free sql and php and everything, you have to add an .htaccess for hotlinking, no biggie. unfortuantely, that promo is over, but I think their normal rates are pretty low.
