changing second hd to main drive

i have recentley installed a new second hd, i now wish to make this hard drive the main boot drive. Can anybody tell me how to do this and where to download a programe to transfer all the files on one drive to the other

What you could do is swap them around, then install a new OS on the drive you want and copy everything over after.
