ok im wanting to change the color of the arrows marked with my messy arrows whats this called under Advanced Apperance?

Don't think you can change this in Advanced Appearence when you are using a theme. You could try to apply a toolbar background using TweakUi. The option is under "Internet Explorer".

i figured out how to change the color of it under MENU in advanced appearance.
