Change Lettering Of Start Button

Can I change the lettering on the Start Button to say my name? I know that Windows Blinds does this, but I only want to do this tweak at the moment.

I'm not very experienced in the registry, so if you know how to do it, please walk me through it gently.

Thanks noah472, it looks a little over my head, but a good explanation.

Grateful for your suggestion too zman, I tried this one yesterday, it isn't permanent, it reverts to Start pity.
