Change Folder Icon

I was wondering if there is a way to change the image of the folder icon in Windows XP Professional - like how my Favorites folder has a star....

This one specific folder I have isn't easy to spot right away.

Do you want to change the default icon for all folders, or do you want to change the icon for only a particular folder?

To change the icon for a particular folder, right click it in Explorer, and click Properties, then the Customize tab, and hit the "Change Icon" button.
To change the default icon for all folders, just open C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll in Resource Hacker and replace the folder icon.
