CDR crashes my computer

when ever i try to make a ced with the DMA turned on that is not an audio cd it will crash my computer and begin a memory dump. i turn DMA off and i fix this problem but it takes 3 times as long to make a full cd. but when i make an audio cd with the DMA on it is fine. i would like to fix this and hvae my DMA on so it is faster, can anyone help

p.s. i have already tryed new drivers
 
what program?

what are you using NERO is the best I never have trouble with it, clone cd for making full copies, and I use the built in xp stuff for making backups of my downloaded programs, ,,,,,,,,,, so what are you using?????
