Hi guys, please can I have some views on CD-writers, ie, what to avoid, and best buys, etc.

I would personally only buy 3 drives

Plextor, TDK, Liteon

Either way I'd go for the 32x model, avoid 40's as they are a waste currently. the Lite-on is the best value 32x I know of

sorry to say but plextor is always the best in my opinion. they have the best drives i have the 16x one but i would exchange it for the plextor 40x any day they have the best reading ability also.

I told you guys plextor is the best! also good value! Ive had other brands of cdwriters but PLEXTOR IS THE BEST NO DOUBT!
