I met a chap at a party, who is running ME on his computer. He tells me that neither his DVD/CD Rom drive, or his CD/R drive will open CDs. Although both the drives are showing under 'My Computer.'
He is not very up on computer use, and he lives too far from me for me to check his computer myself. However, I was wondering if the problem might be something I could talk him through on the telephone, bearing in mind he is only using a 56k modem, so he couldn't access the Internet whilst I was on the telephone to him. It is most likely to be driver troubles isn't it?
