CD-ROM trouble...

I've got a irritating problem with my dvd (Sony DDU220E) and my cd-rw (Sony CRX100E). I can't get them to work at all, and the only info I can find is that it is a code 19 error (configuration information in the registry is incomplete or damaged).
Am I the only one with this problem?

Do you have Nero installed? If so, use the search engine, upper right, and type in Nero to look for your solution.
