CD reader problem on xp

when reading a cd on my xp pro it reads perfect but when I put another cd in the drive it still shows previous cd.
I always have to reboot computer then it will read the cd, then I put another cd in the drive it still shows previous cd.
my drive is a 52 speed cdrom not a dvd.

any help plz

I have a simillar problem, but its just the icon for the drive that doesnt change, it keeps whatever the previos CD was, so like if I have my JediKnightCD in and remove it, the icon still says JediKnight2, even though its another CD. But I can open and use the CD, just the icons fluffed!
