Cd burner problems

I have tryed allmost everything... Easy cd creator 5 platinum just won't work on my machine. What to do?

Yes, I have followed the steps found under " Easy cd creator 5 installation help", I have tryed it " the roxio way", and yes I do have the latest aspi. Nothing seams to help.

I have the same problem, but i intalled Nero instead. Now it works perfect. If u haven't tryed Nero do so...

hey doc can you tell me exactly how you installed it...because I've been running it fine without any errors and with out goofing up nero or cdclone.

Yes I do have all the updates and I have installed it exactly the way roxio describes. Only thing is, it does not work.
